Individual Letter Stencils are Laser Cut from .040 thick polystyrene material. The maximum one piece Stencil size is 16"x22". Larger sizes will be cut in coded sections and packaged in sections. The underside of the Template will show some discoloration from the Laser Cutting process. A slight odor of burnt plastic will be noticeable on rush orders. These Templates are designed to be used individually and are not properly spaced for wording. .040" Thick
