The FOL-325C has the same body and fiber optic piece as the FOL-325, except the last 1" or so of the tips of the fiber optic piece have been crushed. This allows light to escape the fibers and produces an elegant more full lighting effect as opposed to the tiny points of light normally associated with fiber optic products. Both versions are beautiful in their own way, so the choice is purely personal.
