Custom Stencils are Laser Cut from .040 thick polystyrene material. The maximum one piece Stencil size is 18"x25". Larger sizes will be cut in coded sections and packaged in sections. The underside of the Template will show some discoloration from the Laser Cutting process. A slight odor of burnt plastic may be noticeable. The average number of sections for this size is 5.
