A symbol of rememberance and mourning. An accepted patriotic practice and display of mourning is to attach a black ribbon at the top of the American flag for flags displayed on a short staff or for indoor flags that cannot be lowered to half-staff. This ribbon measures 3'x10' and is suitable for use with a 3'x5' or 4'x6' flag. The ribbon is made from the same nylon as our U.S. flags and is finished with a brass grommet for easy attachment to flag. Flag not included. 3" W x 10" L
